We stand behind our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you return it.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return within 30 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
  • Some items (e.g. hygiene-sensitive or custom) may be non-returnable; this will be stated clearly.

How to return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions (and label if applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back.
  4. Once we receive and check the item, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • Processing can take 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? Start a return and place a new order, or contact us and we’ll try to arrange an exchange.
