Return conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return within 30 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
- Some items (e.g. hygiene-sensitive or custom) may be non-returnable; this will be stated clearly.
How to return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions (and label if applicable).
- Pack the item securely and send it back.
- Once we receive and check the item, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Processing can take 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Need a different size or model? Start a return and place a new order, or contact us and we’ll try to arrange an exchange.
