Returns

We respect your decision and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return the product according to our returns policy.

1. Return Window

You have the right to return products you purchased within 14 days of the date of receipt, according to our policy and where applicable by law.

The deadline is calculated from the date you received the product. In case of shipping delays, the deadline may be extended accordingly.

2. Return Eligibility

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following criteria:

2.1. Product Condition

  • The product must be in original, unused condition
  • It must not show signs of use, wear, or damage
  • All accessories, manuals, and warranties must be present

2.2. Packaging

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • The packaging must be in good condition, without damage
  • If the original packaging has been destroyed, use similar protective packaging

2.3. Receipt / Order

You need to have the purchase receipt or order number. These details will be requested when you submit a return request.

2.4. Exceptions

Certain products may not be returnable due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. These may include:

  • Personal hygiene products (where applicable)
  • Digital products or software that has been activated
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products that have been used beyond essential testing

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact

Contact us through our contact page or email, mentioning:

  • Order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Approval

We will review your request and notify you within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions.

Step 3: Packaging

Package the product carefully:

  • Use the original packaging if available
  • If not, use sturdy packaging that protects the product
  • Include all accessories and documents
  • Include a copy of the receipt or order number

Step 4: Shipping

Send the package to the address we will provide. We recommend using a secure shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

Don’t forget to include the return number (RMA) we will provide, if required.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method you used during purchase:

  • If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be made to the same card
  • If you paid by bank transfer, you will need to provide us with account details
  • If you paid by another method, we will inform you of the process

4.2. Processing Time

After receiving and confirming the product:

  • Processing the return may take 5-10 business days
  • Crediting your card or transferring funds may take an additional 3-5 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider
  • We will keep you informed about the progress of the refund

5. Shipping Costs

5.1. Standard Returns

For standard returns (not damaged or incorrect product), return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless otherwise stated in our policy or where applicable by law.

5.2. Special Cases

We cover return shipping costs in the following cases:

  • Damaged product: If the product you received is damaged, we cover all costs
  • Incorrect product: If we sent you a different product than what you ordered, we cover the costs
  • Significant damage during shipping: If the product arrived significantly damaged, we cover return costs

6. Exchanges

We may offer product exchange for certain categories, such as:

  • Size exchange (clothing, shoes)
  • Color exchange (if available)
  • Model exchange (if compatible and available)

For exchanges, contact us through our contact page before returning. Availability depends on stock.

Note: If the price of the new product differs, you will need to make an additional payment or we will refund the difference, depending on the case.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged product or a different one than what you ordered, follow these steps:

7.1. Notification

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receipt, through our contact page.

7.2. Photos

Send us clear photos showing:

  • The damaged product (if there is damage)
  • The packaging (if there is damage)
  • The incorrect product compared to the order (if different)

7.3. Resolution Process

After confirmation, we will offer you one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement: We send the correct/perfect product at no additional cost
  • Full refund: Complete refund, including shipping costs
  • Return and replacement: Return the product and we send you the correct one

We cover all costs in these cases.
